Here at JKM Creative Enterprises, we value your business, and we are sincerely committed to your satisfaction.  We stand behind our products.  We guarantee that our product listings will accurately describe the product(s) you are purchasing. We also guarantee that we have processed these products using the highest standards possible, and that all items are inspected prior for any defects.  We try to accurately describe our products to include a low resolution version to view of the photographic print you are purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges:
 

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just contact us within 72 hours after you receive your order by filling out the Return Merchandise Authorization Request form.  Upon receipt of your request, we will email you a RMA number and complete details for returning your purchase.  After you receive your RMA, simply return the items in the same condition as they were sent to you.  When we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and then reimburse payment, issue a credit or exchange the item, whichever you prefer.
 

If the item you are returning is due to buyer error* and you want credit applied to your credit card or a refund in the form of a check (this only applies if paid for by check or money order), the amount of the purchase minus a 20% restocking fee will apply.  If you choose to exchange the unwanted item, then there will not be a restocking fee and a “store credit” will be issued towards your choice of a replacement.  Postage/shipping/handling paid on the original purchase will not be refunded.  The original item should be returned to us, postage/shipping paid by the customer.  No refunds or exchanges will be honored until the merchandise has been returned and received by us.
 

If the return is due to buyer error* we can only offer refunds or store credit for the price of the purchase only (shipping/handling is non-refundable) less 20% restocking fee.
 

 

*Buyer error is when you have ordered the wrong item (size, style, product, etc) or have decided that you do not like the print you have chosen.


Damaged Items: 
 

All of our orders are packed with the utmost care and attention to detail. If you have received a damaged order, it is most likely due to carrier handling during transit.  If you have received a damaged order, it will be replaced at no charge to you, providing you follow the instructions listed here.  Upon receipt of a damaged shipment, please check your package thoroughly. If there is any VISUAL carton damage, you MUST note on the delivery receipt prior to signing “DAMAGED PACKAGE(S)”.  Make all claims directly with the carrier.  You MUST notify us within 24 hours of receipt if the item has been received damaged. Contact us immediately so we can contact the delivery company.  You MUST retain ALL packing materials and the damaged item(s) for carrier inspection.  Before we can receive a credit (i.e. insurance payment) from the carrier, the carrier may contact you in order to inspect the box and packing materials.
